“Fought with BALUT”

The very popular “BALUT” is a hard-boiled 3-week old duck egg. it is very unique because of how it looks with its nearly-formed duck embryo. They always tell that they fight with it because of its weirdness that you have to have courage to eat it. The trick in eating a balut is to at least close your eyes and eat it in the dark. :p
